Terms of Service & Funding Disclosure

Grantverify, a product of Peer Verify LLC, provides document preparation software and marketplace review services; it does not guarantee that any applicant will receive grant funding. The goal of this platform is to place the customer in an optimal submission position by ensuring that all necessary proposals, budgets, and state licensing criteria are accurately structured and prepared for review by funding agencies.
01Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GrantVerify, a product of Peer Verify LLC ("Peer Verify", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you use GrantVerify on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business.
02What GrantVerify does
GrantVerify is document preparation software and a marketplace for professional review services. It helps you research federal, state, county and city grant opportunities, draft proposals and budgets, and follow state licensing steps. AI-generated content and grant listings are provided for guidance and must be confirmed with the issuing agency.
03No funding guarantee
Peer Verify does not guarantee that any applicant will receive grant funding, loans or any other award. Funding decisions are made solely by the funding agencies. Our goal is to help place you in an optimal submission position.
04Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account and workspace. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.
05Subscriptions and fees
Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until canceled. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Flat-fee services such as human editor reviews and professional consultations are charged once at checkout. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once a service has been delivered.
06Professional reviewers
Grant editors, CPAs and attorneys on the Pro-Network provide independent review services. Their feedback is not a guarantee of funding and does not create an attorney-client or accountant-client relationship unless separately agreed in writing with that professional.
07Your content
You keep ownership of the information and documents you upload or create. You grant Peer Verify a limited license to store, process and display that content solely to provide the service to you and the professionals you engage.
08Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, submit false or fraudulent information to any funding agency, attempt to access other users' data, or interfere with the platform's operation. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
09Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peer Verify is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost funding opportunities, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.
