Marketplace Independent Contractor Agreement

This Marketplace Independent Contractor Agreement is between Peer Verify LLC and each certified grant editor, CPA and business attorney (a "Partner") who joins the Peer Verify LLC marketplace pool to fulfill flat-fee consultation and review services for GrantVerify customers. Partners are independent contractors, not employees, agents or partners in a legal sense of Peer Verify LLC.

Partners accept these terms electronically when they apply on the partner sign-up page, and can download their signed copy from the pro portal at any time.

    Partners also agree to the GrantVerify Terms of Service, which are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

    Funding Disclosure: Grantverify, a product of Peer Verify LLC, provides document preparation software and marketplace review services; it does not guarantee that any applicant will receive grant funding. The goal of this platform is to place the customer in an optimal submission position by ensuring that all necessary proposals, budgets, and state licensing criteria are accurately structured and prepared for review by funding agencies.
