This Privacy Policy explains how Peer Verify LLC collects, uses and protects information when you use GrantVerify.
02Information we collect
Account details (name, email, sign-in method), business profile information you enter (location, industry, entity type, financials), documents you upload or generate, phone number if you opt in to SMS alerts, and usage data such as pages visited and features used.
03Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number; we receive only limited details such as the last four digits and billing status.
04How we use it
To provide and improve the service, generate grant matches, proposals, budgets and licensing guides, connect you with professionals you choose, send account, alert and reminder messages, and prevent fraud and abuse.
05AI processing
Content you submit may be processed by third-party AI providers to generate drafts and recommendations. It is used only to provide the service to you.
06Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run GrantVerify (hosting, payments, email and SMS delivery, AI processing), with professionals you engage, with your workspace members, or when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
07Cookies and advertising
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and run the site. If you click Accept on our cookie banner, we also load the Meta Pixel to measure visits, sign-ups, leads and purchases from our ads. Nothing is loaded if you click Reject, and you can change your choice anytime with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
08Public badges
If you issue a Peer Verified badge, your business name and verification details appear on the public Badge Wall. You can request removal at any time.
09Data retention and security
We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to meet legal obligations. We use encryption in transit, access controls and secure storage to protect your data.
10Your choices
You can update your profile, opt out of SMS or marketing emails, and request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting us.
11Children
GrantVerify is intended for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.
